Stay away! I got threatened with a 5day notice for not paying for a 15 year old AC repair because I was told it placed at 70 degrees when I had proof form the Nevada Power that I didn't. Finally the owner of Avalon (not property) agreed to help me with half.... that alone gave me a bitter taste. I never approved the repairs to even be threatened by a 5 day notice by Lori head of maintenance.
Also when I informed them of a contractor being unreliable (the plumber when the home had a leak) I was told that no one had ever complained. 3 months later they had a new one. The home owner of my property and anyone looking to trust their home with these people need to understand they don't care about keeping the tenants. When I would walk the receptionist was rude, sounded annoyed and I don't complain about much on the rental I would just take of if it out my pocket.
Property owners- ask questions and maybe have an exit interview with your tenants. As a homeowner in a different state I wouldn't trust Avalon with any of my properties. Bad choice!
