  • Yes, they are cheap and I was generally happy with their service. But sometimes when I got my clothes back, they weren't pressed very well but it was cheap so I didn't worry about it. Then I took my favorite pair of black skinny pants there. These are the type of pants that you can wash, BUT I wanted them dry cleaned to keep them from looking faded and shrinking. When I got them back, they had OBVIOUSLY laundered them, instead of dry cleaning them. The whole reason I took them to the dry cleaners was to dry clean. If I wanted them washed, I could have done that. Needless to say, they lost my trust and I WONT be back. (Matthews location)
