  • This is for the Mesa location at 3660 E Inverness Ave. I am only sharing this review with you all because we are pet lovers just like all of you who use this types of services.We had been going to this location for over a year in the past and it was always a great experience with the service staff and the facility itself when taking our dog for boarding, grooming or just for the day. A few months back new management had taken over, and since then we began to notice the customer service with the front desk staff, in person as well as on the phone and the way business was handled was not like how it used to be, Now when calling in to check in on our dog, at times when he stays there for a few days, and asking how our dog is doing? no more of the "give me a minute and let me go ask to see what I can find out for you" or a text we used to get with a :courtesy" update, or ending the call by at least saying "thank you" or "have a nice day". Now when you call and ask the question "how is my dog doing?" the immediate response that we get is "Oh he is doing good!" Really?? Do you know which dog is mine? I know I ask by my dog"s name, but obviously you probably are not the one in the back taking him out, or feeding him, in which that is a concern to us if you can't offer to go and check. Also, when we pay in advance when dropping him off rather than paying when picking him up, we are still being asked to pay??? Aren't they looking at our information in the computer?? This has happened more than twice, so we tell that we already paid, then they acknowledge that we had paid??? As for the grooming, recently we made an appointment and then were called back twice, the first time was to reschedule because they could not keep the appointment, the second time was to tell us that they could no longer groom him because there is no longer a groomer??? Finally, this last visit that our dog had stayed there, when we got home, he was starving!!! When we got home he practically ate a bowl and a half of his food!! Was there a problem with him not eating"" He never has had a problem eating before while being there?? This is why it is important to us and I am sure for many of you as well, that when we call and ask about our pets, please be honest and find out for us, For some of us, this is our only companion and all we got and we want to be assured that their well being is seriously being taken into consideration. Please don't give us the customer the impression that you have to be there rather than wanting to be there caring for our pets. It's sad to know that just because "new management" takes over, that the quality of care and service for our pets has to be second to how much we pay for the quality of care and service for our loving pets, I am not one to complain much, please believe me, (this is my first review) and of course I am not trying to put any one out of business, but when it comes to a member of my family and especially yours, you may want to consider the quality of service and care you are wanting for your pets?? if this is your first time, all will seem amazing and perfect for a few, but give it time in which I did and you be the judge. But please observe, ask questions, your the customer, it's your pet that they are caring for, be that person that demands to get the quality and care that your pet deserves. Thank you for taking time to read my review, again this is my first one I ever did and I am thankful that they have this available for the consumer and pet lovers that we are!
