  • WOW, not sure why all the negative reviews for Basha's. I've shopped here for the past 12 years, no complaint. Have always found courteous and helpful employees, any question I've inquired from headquarters was promptly answered. Store has always been clean. As for the remodeling, that occurred from side to side, front to back and naturally caused lots of confusion. And understandable why employees and customers alike would be agitated. Patience was required. Anyway, I AM a customer, not only of this store but several of the other grocery stores in Mesa. I only hope the complainers are not trying to make this store look bad in favor of another. P.A.A
