Im updating my review and changing my rating from 2 stars to 3, solely based on the fact that after my last review was left, I was contacted by the company and extended a very sincere, personalized apology, and they took the time to look into what happened. Torey was in constant communication with me, taking the time to find our original email and complaint, and reviewing the details with the "higher ups" at the company. While this doesn't change what happened in the actual store, the effort and urgency displayed was very much appreciated and didn't go unnoticed.
