Living in Orange County, I'm very spoiled when it comes to pho. We came here on a Sunday morning before making the long drive back home. It was over five months ago so I'm trying my best to recall the details of my visit.. Service was typical of a pho restaurant. We only saw the waitress when we ordered and when the food came. I remember the broth and meat being decent.
My issue with this place was the price and the waitress when I was placing my order. I believe it was $8-$9 for a large bowl (but their large was equivalent to a small/medium on OC!). I asked her if they had 'pho tuoi' which translates to fresh pho noodles (it's slightly thicker than the one they usually use). I had to explain to her that it's thicker noodles and she claimed that they do offer pho tuoi. When my bowl arrived, it was pretty obvious that they just gave me the thick white hu tieu noodles! Ugh, it already took forever to receive our food so I didn't even bother to send it back. I'm definitely never coming back here again. I should have known better than to expect good pho in Las Vegas.
