  • Jim is great. The big box music stores, no one has time to chat with you or really give you anything but a sales pitch. Jim takes the time and is incredibly knowledgeable. He does what he says he's going to do...does it on time...and usually does a little more! Totally pro. He has fixed or done maintenance on several of my guitars and I plan to bring others to him. Also, his shop is like a "grandfather's attic" of great instruments and, unlike other places, you're welcome to play them and try them out. The "good ones" aren't out of reach or locked behind a glass case! Thanks for taking care of my "babies," Jim!
