  • I enjoyed my dinner at the Stack in The Mirage. Had dinner here before seeing the Beatles Love - Cirque du Soleil. The service was very good and attentive. Atmosphere is very pleasant. I had the Alaskan Salmon with Shrimp Etouffee sauce along with sauteed Spinach. Salmon is one of my favorite dishes and this one was tasty with the Etouffee sauce. I was told by a person in my party that the Pan Fried Chicken is also an excellent choice. You get 2 pieces that ends up being a lot to eat. I would recommend having dinner here if you ever have a chance.
