rev:text	Needed to go there only because the SurpriseAZ store closed. I had warranty work; needed a new tire to replace a damaged one. There are two clerks there: Bruce1 and Bruce2. I watched Bruce1 pimping their overpriced service to a senior citizen for. $600 for a simple oil leak which by the way the senior said "I never see a leak on the floor." $600 FOR AN OIL LEAK??? They changed my tire OK but when I went to pay the bill it was 48 dollars. I looked at the bill and saw $20 of it was to balance the tire. I told Bruce2 I thought balancing was free and I thought the charge was wrong. He agreed but not with repacement tires... (HUH?) That's Corp policy he said (LIE#1)...he said if u have a problem u can call corporate. (LIE#2) I told him he was conning me becuz I know these are all franchised. I asked for the owner and he gave me his name but then added that he's in Calif and it won't do you any good cause u can't contact him. (HOW CONVENIENT) I asked him if they stay competitive with their competitors. Bruce2 said yes. In fact they have Discount Tire website open on computer right now. I told him Discount Tire doesn't charge for balance on a replacement tire. He said OH YES THEY DO!!! (LIE#3) I of course said NO THEY DONT and challenged him to call them and see for himself...he wouldn't do that cause he already knows that they don't charge and will continue to rip people off sticking them with this additional chg. HERE'S THEY BOTTOM LINE. FOR TIRES GO TO DISCOUNT TIRE...THEY ARE NOT ON COMISSION AND WONT TRY TO HUSTLE FOR A BIG REPAIR BILL.....AND.......BEST OF ALL THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE IS IN SCOTTSDALE AZ AND THEY ARE DEAD SERIOUS IF U CALL THEY WITH A STORE COMPLAINT.
