Dreadful dreadful experience. We have a Subaru that needed a new sensor and 4 new tires. This was clearly communicated over a week ago when the appointment was made. We received several reminder phone calls about our appointment. We had the car there as scheduled at 8:30. After not hearing anything we called mid afternoon and found out they ordered the wrong tires. This put us in an uncomfortable situation because we had a scheduled out-of-state trip planned for the next day. We suggested that we could simply take the rental that we had but were informed the loaner car was not allowed out of state. Instead we were stuck paying full price for tires we did not want. Then we were informed that they did not have the sensor in stock. Really? Wouldn't they have ordered that or known this when the appointment was scheduled. Very frustrated, will NEVER use them again. And they didn't wash it because they ran out of time. Even though we did have it there at 8:30!
