  • So when we moved here we were told for the best ayce buffet that had crab legs would be either Caesars palace or Aria. We ate at Caesars first because it had better reviews. It was out of this world amazing. Then a few weeks later we tried the Aria. It was awful in comparison. Not even close. The selection is limited, crab legs were over done and tiny, sushi was so old looking, salad bar was just tired and weak looking. Didn't even bother. Meat carving station looked great but I tried the turkey and it had a weird flavor. My husband had the prime rib and it was dry. When it came time for dessert they are smaller which is fine so we usually each get 3. I got 3 and my husband got 3 different ones. My daughter opted for the Gelato. All of our deserts were gross!! Just a waste of calories and waste of time for whomever is preparing them. Just so disappointing because they looked really good. The best one was the key lime pie tart thing but everything else was not good at all. Service was decent. Nothing too much to report on that. We spent a lot of money here and were very disappointed because we wanted to love it so much!!! Our daughters name is even Aria! I don't know if it was just an off day for the kitchen or we came at an off time (around 4:15) but I would pay around few bucks extra and go to Ceasers Palace anyday.
