We originally booked a room for which became out of commission as a previous group destroyed an important prop. My group decided on Death Note. The re-creation of the room based on the anime was a neat idea. However the room seriously lacks continuity. It was unclear which solution led to which puzzle/lock opening and it came down to hunt and peck to progress. The quality of the puzzle components fall in a wide range in terms of quality. Without giving anything away, I can say that some were very immersive in compelling you to really look for the specific information you need to crack the lock, while others are seriously flawed in that they interfered with solving the puzzle (despite knowing full well what the puzzle intends). The gamemaster was very friendly and accommodating. I would be hesitant to recommend the Death Note room but would be interested in trying the other rooms.
