No stars for customer service isn't an option, which is what I'd give them. Don't buy appliances from Home Depot! We've had nothing but problems from our less than one month old dishwasher that we bought there. Some problems are likely fixable, some likely not. I went in and told them I want to exchange it for another, different brand dishwasher that's the exact same price but deemed a better dishwasher by a number of home improvement store employees to whom I spoke. They said they won't exchange appliances and told me it's on my paperwork. We (me and the employee) searched the paperwork and could not find that. Rather, my receipt shows I have 90 days to return it. They are now sending out a tech, for which they initially said I may have to pay a service fee. My experience has been that if you have problems with a brand new appliance, despite any efforts to fix the problem, the appliance always seems to have issues.
