  • They deserve two stars for 1. Misleading information on the prepaid gas prices. The sign in the counter advertised 3.23$/gallon (first week of August). I ended up paying that and all the rental service charges. I ended up paying $4.75/gallon. Haven't paid that price since 2008. 2. The counter representative's hard sell tactics: insurance (Had to repeat myself twice that I was going to use my personal insurance), upgrade (where are you going? Sedona? The 2013 Chevrolet Cruze will not easily get you there?!) I prepaid through rentalCar.com for $63/week+taxes. Taxes were a whooping 88% ~$56. The high airport taxes are not them (Advantage), but be aware when you rent from Phoenix airport location.
