| - Went there based on the good reviews on yelp but was disappointed right from the door and until a day after. Firstly, all the chairs are placed rights against the door, so each time anybody enters or exists a wave of cold air rushes at the client. Secondly, they used the buffer not on the edge of the nails but over the surface of the nails, scratching and damaging the nails. Thirdly, they spray acetone (from a pressure bottle) not just on your nails but on your hands, so you end up with hands stinking with acetone for another 12 hours even after washing them. Fourth, the polish didn't harden for over 12 hours(!) and was smudging in the morning after the manicure was done the evening before. The quality of cuticle work was sub-par as well. When I was asking to redo some nails, the manager approached a technician and, instead of checking with me what was wrong, spoke to the technician in some kind of Asian language, she responded in the same language, they both laughed and nobody asked me anything...Bottom line, look elsewhere.
On the surface, however, the service is fast, they put pieces of lime in the soaking water and offer a bottle of water...
