  • This place is absolutely beautiful.The entrance per car is $10 per visit or $30 per year pass It's only like a 30 minute drive from the city life. Its a great and fun place to go and spend a day with the family. Today is my birthday and I took my family and my disabled mother and she even had fun seating and enjoying the day at the lake. The kids which were 6, 12 and 15 all had a great time. There is plenty to do for the entire family. Whether they want to just swim in the beach lake area, or rent a boat for like $100 for 2 hours or jet skies were $75 per hour and go and enjoy the lake and its surroundings more you are sure to get your moneys worth. The only advice I highly give you is make sure you use the restroom before heading out into the lake because their mobile bathroom was hard to find unless you want to pee in the lake (gross, please don't). Take plenty of water and light snacks cause it can get windy and you may get seasick if youre stomach is full. Over all experience was AMAZING!! You cannot come to Vegas and NOT visit Lake Mead.
