rev:text	Cafe Rumba is a lunch staple if you work at Honeywell, go to Midwestern, or otherwise work nearby -- it's usually filled with these kinds of locals. Fair price, good portions. I wouldn't go out of the way from some other side of town to eat here, but I find myself getting lunch here with coworkers at least a couple times a week. The nachos are a solid choice, and they've got a pretty nice salsa selection (I'm a fan of the mango salsa in particular).
