  • I've been to this cleaner at least five times and each time I go back because I want to support a small business owner. Every time I am disappointed. The last two times unfortunately made my decision clear that I won't be returning. - Chemical residue was left in the reaction with my skin - Clothes never ready when promised. I dropped off four pairs of pants on Monday and they were promised on Thursday. When I went to pickup my clothes- on Friday none of them were ready. The guy said that his father was feeling ill and was unable to finish my clothes. I understood that, he told me to come back Tuesday. The next time I dropped off 3 pairs of pants and came back over a week later and the father/son owners went to the back for a few min. and father came back to tell me they weren't ready. 2 of 3 were ready. After getting home i put the pants on and immediately started to itch...they felt like there was a chemical residue left on the inside of my pants. I took them off and it was a white powdery substance which had a terrible reaction with my skin. I asked the person at the place and he said that he didn't know why that would happen.
