  • I'm just so disappointed because the first two times I went, I loved my hair. The third time, meh. Fourth time...so so. And then the last time I went I got the worst hair cut I have ever had. Heres what happened the last 3 times I went... I know how busy salons are on Saturdays. But I go, I get in the chair, I tell the stylist what I want and EVERY time i ask for layers. Then, we get to cutting. She cuts the length off my hair, and then an assistant comes over and lets the hairdresser know that her next client is there, and then I am out of the chair. I ask, "Can you put layers in?" and am told they are there. And I get so frustrated i just leave. I'm tired of being rushed out of the chair, and I'm tired of not being listened to and not getting what i want. The last time I was there i got the worst hair cut I have ever had in my life and will never go back.
