| - Not bad, but not the greatest. One thing I like is it's small, so much more manageable than other places. Their fried chicken was pretty good. They could do better with their selection of fresh fruit: canned pineapple? Really? Real pineapple isn't that expensive. Do you just not want to spend the labor to cut it up? How about a banana at least? Also, while you can get all the grape tomatoes you want, there wasn't a sliced tomato in sight and I really wanted to make a BLT! The carving station was decent, with a couple of kinds of sausage (the Andouille was pretty decent,) and the ham was good, but the turkey was dry, dry, dry. Some other places offer fresh OJ, the OJ here is out of a bottle. I understand you're going to cut some corners with a buffet, but I'd have been happier with a smaller glass of fresh (since the juice is not unlimited anyway...)
