  • Tracey and her team have outdone themselves! I had work done at the Thomas rd. location and later that day my car overheated. I called Tracey and she absorbed all costs for a tow truck (I was stranded with my 5 year old and her friend), called the location closest to my house, set up a rental car for me, fixed my car and had it back to me within 24 hours! And I'll mention again, Advanced Auto absorbed ALL costs! I have never been treated so nicely by an auto shop, not even by my VW dealer! Thank you Tracey (and team)! You really understand how to treat a customer!
