I had experienced very bad customer service from Fulton Homes few years ago for microwave installation issue because they refused to fix it.
Construction (the WORST part):
We got a leak from the ceiling. Roofing company inspected and took the picture. It was a $500 fix due to the IMPROPER installation by Fulton construction team at the FIRST place. I will need to hire dry wall company to resurface the ceiling due to that leak too. I cannot claim any warranty since it had passed that 2 years period already.
Make sure to hire a home inspector to inspect their work even it is a new home and even they claim "we are proud to build, you are proud to own" CRAP.
