  • I wish I could remove the 1 star and provide 0 stars, however that is not possible. I made an appointment with a Sales person (I asked for fleet and some how ended up with a regular salesmen who was arrogant and condescending). I called and requested to speak with a manger to discuss and - well I am still waiting.... Anyhow- even though I showed up to test drive a Challenger, the salesman never came out. I say never came out, as I was on time, checked in with the receptionist and even asked multiple salesmen for help and somehow they didn't feel I was important enough to follow through. So I had walked around and sat in multiple Challengers-- a few salesmen smiled and continued to walk. I had asked if they were available for questions and a test drive, they said just a moment and well 20 minutes later- I left. I was paying cash for a second car and it seems that they are doing well enough that they didn't care that they were losing a customer-- too bad.
