  • Overall I have no issues with petsmart as a store. This review is strictly off of the banfield inside of the store. We having been taking our dogs here for a while for their preventative care and have had a good experience overall. But this visit had me waiting over an hour past my appointment time. All I had come in to do was get my 2 dogs nails trimmed, which is normally a 20 minute deal. It took an hour and a half this time.
