I stayed there this past weekend for the Steelers vs. 49ers game. First off let me say that the hotel is perfectly located and cannot be beat. You are basically IN the tailgate party the day of the game. You can walk practically anywhere of interest and if you are lazy or it is raining they have a shuttle to drive you locally. The hotel has the BEST free breakfast and space for breakfast. I have stayed at all the hotels in that area. The rooms are clean and good. I see some slight wear on the furniture (stayed in 910) but all and all the room was clean. The best part about this hotel is the staff. Personally, the staff at the Springhill Suites should take lessons from these folks. The staff at the Residence Inn are absolutely hands down the best I have experienced in that area. I am not talking some, I mean all. Every single person there had a "can do" attitude. Maids, breakfast staff, and front desk. I would especially like to thank Lauren for her service. Lauren wears a smile and has a "let's make it happen" attitude. Thank you! There is also another cool dude at the front desk who's name escapes me but he was great. (glasses, dark hair, good attitude- my aplogies). Also, Joe the guy who drives the van sticks out. Again Residence Inn staff...BRAVO!
