My son attended the Surprise location for about a year. Then one day, a new master appeared and explained that he would be taking over the classes. For the next three weeks, we had to endure a new lesson plan that involved everything my son was taught at the beginning belt. Christmas break came and classes were to resume after the new year. Come to find out, the master was missing and no one knew where he was, including Master An. Classes were being cancelled and instructors were leaving. We stopped payment and received a phone call from a new master explaining he would be taking over as the new instructor. We declined. A few days ago we went out for dinner and there was a notice on the school's door explaining that classes would no longer resume because of the landlord. Shame on Master An for exiting the way he did with no explanation. Very poor business practice.
