  • Two years of going to Park and these guys are rockin' and winning it harder than ever. Every trip to MTL now must contain a trip to Park, or as I call it, the Holy Church of the Immacuate Sushi. But, I asked myself as I rolled up on a beautiful Thursday lunch at open, can they rock it as hard at lunch? Yes. YES. YESSSSSS THEY CAN. I'd never sat on their small terrace before, and it was great for soaking up the sun on a simply gorgeous day. The service was impeccable, and the friendly server had a great smile and a relaxed attitude. I went straight for the lunch tasting and a glass of very nice Greuner. Miso soup with poached egg, hamachi app, their so famous and fucking phenomenal nigiri sampler, the best grilled fish (black cod) and root veg I've ever had In. My. Life. and a nice seasonal strawberry cheesecake and basil ice cream to finish. I can't rave about Park enough other than to say, keep bringing it, guys. You know how we do. I will be back soon.
