D- grade I brought my pickup for a accident repair through Geico insurance recommendation .
My tail gate was damaged and replaced, however they used the old tailgate molding and broke the clips. The shop knew this and did not replace it or at least see the on site insurance adjuster to get a new one.
To my frustration and inconvenience I went back to Gerber Collision and stated my claim. The first response I got the manager is out to lunch. I expressed my frustration and requested the on site adjuster from Geico. That got results and a new part ordered.
The only reason Gerber did not get a F was the communication was excellent and repairs done quickly.
