  • I try this Wendy's every six months or so in hopes one day they will magically get better. It has yet to happen. Today's service was the usual snail's pace. Food was tasteless, cold, and they left out my son's chocolate milk. Clearly the fries had been sitting around for a while. We don't have a ton of options in Mint Hill, it's a shame this one has to be so bad.
