  • Of course everyone knows that the bay is a good place to get nice things. However, I've never been to HBC and been happy with the customer service. You'll catch the eye of someone who works there when you need help and they'll blatantly just walk away! It's kind of sad that such an important company in Canada's history has gone so down hill.
