  • Not luxury......staff not diverse....all minorities must be housekeeping or stewarding because all I see when I'm there is high school musical without Corbin Bleu. I was told I could not have a fire pit because of the GM reserved it for himself. What happen to putting the guest first? Not to mention its $250 for a fire pit. They are free at the Biltmore which is a far more luxurious. Phone operators speak with annoying fake accents, one of the supervisors from the gift shop slept with a member of my group. How is this acceptable. This fairmont is giving Canada a bad name
