rev:text	There's a lot of people complaining about the customer service at this location, but it's not really an issue for me. I like being left alone when I shop, which is one of the reasons I keep coming back to H&M-I knew someone who was interviewed there and they're instructed to let shoppers do their own thing instead of constantly accosting them, so I guess that has something to do with it. Can't say that my interactions w staff have been SUPER PLEASANT, but most of them are teenagers and probably think they're ultra cool for working there or something. Hazards of shopping at a place like this. Maybe I'm just pessimistic, but I've moved around Canada a bit and customer service is not Toronto's strong point, so it seems like a normal state of affairs in this location. It's definitely a bit maze-like, but if you've been more than once it's not hard to figure out. I do a lot of shopping in men's departments, and I like that this location makes the men's clothes easy to find. The section isn't huge, but it's definitely adequate. There's a lot going on in here, but it's a Euro box shop come to Canada and located in Eaton's, so what else can you expect? The clothing is of chain quality from a chain store-some cheap and bad quality, some fairly ok quality and pricey, lots in the middle. To me, this location is typical in every way of all the H&Ms I've been to. It's a little neater though, which is surprising considering the foot traffic.
