  • Ordered on-line and called to see when gift would be ready. Was told 4 hours later which is to me awhile. Went in 4 hours later and it was personalized wrong so I waited another 30 mins. Wasn't offered a discount or anything just told we were sorry. Used to shop here a lot now I know why I quit.
