We have been seeing a vet at VCA Northern for the past 2 months at the recommendation of the humane society. The service was fine although we felt a little rushed and had little time to ask questions about our dog. Over the past 2 months we've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars here and realized we had been double charged for a $26 vaccine, no bid deal right? Turns out it was a big ordeal. We spoke with Tammy on the phone hoping to resolve this issue and were met with hostility and defensiveness. She told us repeatedly that she had reimbursed us even though we have countless receipts proving otherwise. She only reached out to us after receiving a poor review on here and Google and still insisted that we were wrong. Once again we have spent hundreds of dollars here and are disappointed that a mere 26 dollars and a inept secretary are the reason for our discontinued visits, but we certainly will be finding a different vet.
