  • Went in today to give it another opportunity. At 1210 almost half dishes were empty. Was told they could make me food but would take 15 minutes. Quite frankly there is better Chinese food out there. Ads vantage of Panda is supposed to be quick service. Guy said they just opened at 11 so it takes them awhile to get setup. Really lunch time and u don't bother cooking.
