On Thursday 8/6, I reserved a car online with Enterprise through VroomVroomVroom. On Friday, they called and said that they did not have a car because someone forgot to turn off the internet portal. I was rather frustrated that they do not honor their reservations.
On Friday, 8/7, I made a new reservation directly with Enterprise through their website. On Saturday, they called me and advised me that they did not have a car for me because they had not turned off their internet portal again. I asked the representative to solve the problem and produce a car. She refused to honor the reservation her company had accepted. All she would say is that their system is broken and there is nothing she can do about it.
