  • Arcadia tavern is a neighborhood hangout. They have great atmosphere, a plethora of tvs to watch all the games, and the best tater tots in town...sadly that's about all they have. The service is often lousy, slow and moody, and the food tastes as if they just got it out of the freezer and tossed in in the microwave. Last time I was here our server was MIA for a significant period of time, and when he did come back he seemed as if he had been smoking something out back. However he did still get our order right, so that was impressive. I have eaten here dozens of times, and if you want to eat something decent I suggest the arcadia club sandwich with tater tots, hummus and chicken, or a salad. They also have a pretty good cookie skillet with ice cream if you have a sweet tooth. Other than that the food is less than mediocre, so stay safe and order the above mentioned. This is a fun place if you want to watch a game, have a drink, and eat some fried goodies, but for decent food I recommend going elsewhere.
