  • The hotel is impressive and I have minimal complaints EXCEPT for room 235 which was a suite. We were excited for the extra space when we first entered the room. However, we went to bed at 9:30 PM to wake at 5:30 for a flight back home. There was a knocking sound behind the wall near the bathroom that continued every 45 minutes throughout the night. I would just doze off and hear a knock at the door and jump up and realized it was the pipes in the wall. I didn't sleep at all and got up at 5:30 to leave. We checked out and I informed the front desk and of course they acted so surprised about the situation. You can't tell me they didn't know that this room had this issue. It's obnoxious and unless you are hearing impaired there is no way you could get any sleep. We booked through Hotel Tonight and I'm assuming they gave as this room due to a discounted price. BEWARE lovely hotel, delicious cookie upon checking but do not stay in room 235!!!!!
