| - Very deserving of their rating, I assure you!
Yelp is awesome, but sometimes it isn't 100% reliable when it comes to ratings. This time you can count on it being accurate.
My college-age son is in Vegas for the summer, doing a college internship. He is using our car, and the front brakes were starting to wear thin. I knew this, and expected it since our last brake service (in Los Angeles) was for the rear brakes only, and we were warned the front would need service within a few months.
Craig and his team inspected the entire braking system, and confirmed that the rear brakes looked perfectly good and were operating properly. (Thanks for checking!!)
He told me the front pads were thin, and he recommended changing them, and since some basic brake hardware comes with the pads, we would be wise to let him switch that out as well. The rotors had plenty of thickness left, and did not need to be replaced. (Honesty appreciated!).
Had it done in a couple of hours and the price was VERY FAIR. GREAT JOB!
In summary, here's what Craig and his team do very well:
1. Make professional recommendations based on SAFETY FIRST.
2. Only recommend what is necessary for proper repairs, not what makes them money.
3. Repair brakes properly (of course!).
4. Communicate with customers and explain options clearly.
5. Give accurate estimates, with no add-on charges.
6. Problem solve like champs! (No key for the wheel locks? No problem!)
7. Charge a fair price for excellent work.
What more can you ask for? I wouldn't hesitate to take my car there again.
