  • I've been here multiple times and always try something else (coffee) hoping it will be better...this last time I ordered a frozen coffee coolatta and McDonald's frappe is better than this. When the lady handed me the drink there was no whipped cream so I asked if its possible to get whipped cream on it, she hesitated then said sure and turned around and mumbled annoyingly "you should have asked for it earlier"...I mean the pictures show it comes with whipped cream I didn't know I needed to ask...or when taking my order she should have asked me do you want whipped cream on that? It is her job. So overall bad service and bad coffee. I'll just pay the extra dollars at Starbucks or Dutch bros instead of waste money here on something I can't drink.
