Great way to blow off the steam from PMS, bloating and sore boobs included. It was my first time at a Korean bathhouse although I am pretty familiar with the concept from all the kdramas I watch. Me and my friend were brainstorming things to do to hangout and she suggested this place. The red clay balls are amazing for the cramps and sore muscles and the pools are great to relieve the back from the pain that comes with the swelling of the breasts.
I could barely make it for 3 minutes in the herbal steam room though, it was REALLY steamy and hard to breath. We stood in it for a couple minutes with our towels on our faces. Relax with facial masks and have a drink (they are REALLY SWEET). Bring something to read or a friend if you find the concept of relaxing as stressful as I do.
This is a great way to sweat out a hangover or deal with a really achy bad pms day. We were in here for a couple hours but it felt amazing and I'll probably do it again next month.
