I didn't like their service. Their proportion was small. For instance, i asked for a dragon roll, and they give me four pieces of sushi. Can you imagine how long a dragon roll is if there's only four pieces? We didn't even ask for half orders but all their servings were really small. We asked for vegetable tempura and it didn't come with yams! What is a vegetable tempura without yams? Not to mention the tempura they made was not crunchy, it was soggy. Same thing with the most anticipated calamari that I wanted to eat. We expected the food to be fresh. The raw tuna and salmon there was not fresh, even the avacado had to taste fishy. I think I will stick with the other sushimon on Sahara in Las Vegas (at least their surrounding looked better). The only thing that I felt that tasted good was the fried shumai. But to sushi mon....., if you can only make good fried shumai for your buffet, I rather go elsewhere considering how much i pay for your buffet.
