I've been here several times and love the bulgogi and dolsot bibimbap and the banchan but today I tried the ahi bap which is simply one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten. It came in the hot stone pot like the dolsot bibimbap with the delicious crusty rice at the bottom but had ingredients that were new to me. Because it's a Japanese rather than a Korean dish it didn't come with the banchan I love but the black milk tea with boba was superb. I love bibimbap so much I've bought the authentic stoneware bowls and made the dish at home but when I'm lazy and want someone else to do the prep, Red Kimchi is a welcoming and reasonably priced alternative. Service was attentive and prompt. Now I wish I had the ahi bap recipe!
