  • Ed was extremely thorough in his inspection and explained in detail both the positive aspects and potential issues for the whole property. As a first time home buyer, I was not sure what to look for exactly but Ed walked me through what he was looking for and why. He took lots of pictures (many of which we did not even include in the report but he gave them to me anyway). My only caution is that because Ed is so thorough, he took about 4 1/2 hours for my inspection so make sure you are prepared for that time frame. Other than that, I highly recommend his services so you don't get stuck figuring out how to deal with all of this stuff after you buy!
