  • I have been to this cell phone repair store 4 times in the last few months and thought they were the best cell phone repair shop in Las Vegas. However I have a new opinion of them after today. First of all I am almost positive I was told that if purchased the higher priced tempered glass screen protector it would be replaced for free if it broke again. I learned today that was not true at all. It's actually 1/2 price which is $5. I brought it back after my visit last week because when I left the store I proceeded to my car and put its case back it. When I did, the glass broke. I just thought it was just the tempered glass protector and because they were busy I decided to wait and come back on my next day off.. I knew I could deal with a little break in that. Come to find out the actual expensive glass screen they replaced not 5 minutes before I left the store broke just from putting my case back on. That broke as well as the extra layer of protection, the tempered glass I paid extra for isn't strong enough to keep the screen from breaking when putting on an otter box phone case. I have no problem admitting if I drop my phone but for them to tell me I have to pay full price for something that clearly had to be installed incorrectly is just bad business. I paid for the replacement tempered glass screen again but now I'm not even sure why I did if it didn't protect the glass under it from something as simple as putting on my otter box. Looks like it's time to find someone who actually cares about the work they do and is willing to guarantee it if it breaks before I even leave the parking lot. Coming back was a bad idea. Lesson learned. There's no difference in purchasing the more expensive Apple iPhone glass because it's just as fragile and why bother paying $10 for tempered glass if it can't protect my phone from breaking when putting the case back on. I'm out $74.60 that's with a discount and another $5 for the tempered glass replacement. All of the visits for the lcd screen, glass and tempered glass repairs have been 2 months apart. I'm not that hard on my phone.. I just need to find someone who can install glass and stand behind their work and so should everyone who needs iPhone screen repair. Definitely find out their policy on situations such as this. Also, I'm not sure spending extra money on the name brand glass is worth it. Mine lasted 5 min. Good luck, hope no one has to leave feeling the way I did today. It's a terrible way to do business..
