My experience wasn't that bad.
Pros:
- Chris, the tattoo artist, seemed very knowledgeable: I asked him questions about caring for my piercings (which I didn't get at this store) and his advice was helpful
- He also claimed to be a perfectionist which, my my standards, is amazing. The last thing I'd like is a half-assed tattoo because my artist didn't give a crap.
- If anything occurred, Alex said that I could touch up my tattoo within the next year (free of charge).
Cons:
- I could have probably gotten my tattoo for a lot cheaper if I shopped around (my friend told me that his tattoo artist charges half of what I paid here).
Overall, I'd say that I was pretty satisfied with the service I got. The girl at the front desk was helpful & nice (not this "Rodney" character that the last two reviews mentioned- maybe I was lucky & stopped by at a good time).
I think getting a tattoo is a very personal thing and your experience really depends on the people that are serving you.
