One lease year ending 1/31/2018. Requested month to month from 1/31/2018 because new build would be ready February 2018.
The management company refused & said I had to sign a 3 month lease.
Jessica was unreasonable and extremely rude. She hung up on me. I called back and Jessica and the owner, who never bothered to give me her name, were on the speaker phone berating me because I didn't want to pay the rent for two months after I had moved out.
When I moved in the place was filthy.
I had the carpets cleaned, doors, baseboards & walls.Windows & screens were filthy. Place needs a new coat of paint. Kitchen needs an upgrade.
I have photographs showing the all dirt, wear and tear etc.
They send an inspector to the property every 5 months to make sure that the tenant is not abusing the place. Strange that it's ok to have a tenant move into a property that hasn't been cleaned and is in lousy condition but they insist on inspections.
I paid through direct deposit EVERY month, the payment went through on the 27th day of the month, although it's only due on the 1st of each month.
The fridge is old and the freezer iced up. The water and ice maker didnt work. The faucet on the kitchen sink was frozen to one side and could not be moved. I reported it to the inspector the 2 times that she came to inspect.
It took 4+ months to get the key fob for the pool gate. I had to drive to Phoenix to pick it up. I had to lay out $50 for the fob. They reimbursed me.
I never received a fob to get in through the gates. I've had to enter the code every time I come into the complex. Got my full deposit back except for the pet fee of $250 & a cleaning fee of $250. The place was spotless so why would they need a cleaning fee. Happy to be out of there and away from Mosaic Properties.
