I seen this company on the news advertising a special. School was starting soon, and my 6 month old was starting to move around more on the floor so I decided to call.
I needed a specific day and got put in on Thursday at 8am. Me and my husband woke up early to move all furniture out the way and as they stated vaccum too. 8am came and went with no call from neither the tech. or the company.
11am we finally get a call from the company saying the tech. Has a flat and needs assistance so they will send someone else out. My husband says we have somewhere to be and our scheduled time was at 8am, and how long this process going to take? She tells him the tech is gonna call us in 20 mins with an arrival time and she can only give us $25 off our quote. Really??
So the tech. Calls and comes in 15 mins. Really nice guy named Will. We asked what took so long because he had been waiting. He tells us that they probably forgot about us and lied about someone having a flat tire. Ok?!
I asked what time do you guys open? He says at 8am. So I was really confused because that was our scheduled time and we only had 2 rooms and 15 stairs. So y the 3 hour delay? And you say sorry with $25!!! They confirmed with a call and an email but you forgot our scheduled time. The customer service really needs improvement!!
On the upside Tech Will was great tho! Carpets were looking great! He was very fast, considerate of our time frame and very knowledgeable about his work! I may deal wit them in the future just because of the results, but don't kno if I want to deal wit the sustomer service!!
