It is now noon, and I am still waiting for my 11:15a appointment. Second appointment in two weeks that I have now waited over thirty minutes for service...
What's really frustrating is I didn't drop or damage my device, my device has a "known issue" where the antiglare coating on the screen peels.
Three trips to Apple thus far, a total of sixty (post appointment) minutes waiting for them to speak with me.
