  • Stay far away! My fiancĂ© has lived at one of their residences for 2 years now and Progress Residential took over as property manager a year into him living there. They have been nothing but unresponsive and rude the entire time. Luckily we have not needed to contact them often but any time we do it is a problem. This last issue has really been the cherry on top though. He has NEVER once been late with rent the entire time he has lived there. He had to go out of town for work for 3 weeks and made sure to send his check out early before he left. Whether the post office made a mistake or their corporate office or local office, who cares at this point, made a mistake he has now been penalized for the late payment. I had to give them a cashiers check since he was out of town and they were extremely rude and had no knowledge of anything. Then they tell him they finally got the check and still would not refund him the late fees even though the envelope was time stamped. I will not be letting this go and will continue to fight this to the end because he has never been late and how are we to know THEY were not the ones who lost the check?? All I can say is rude, disorganized, and completely terrible company. Stay far away.
